We are proud customers of Lindstrom. Our first time was getting a water heater installed last year. Everything went great. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting, William, from Lindstrom to help out with a clog with our dishwasher. He is very knowledgeable and informed me in detail the situation and all my options. He was able to complete the job and resolve the issue. Very nice person to talked to and connect with. He definitely made an impression for when we need service again for anything else. Lindstrom AC was my first purchase, and the experience was seamless. From my initial phone call to the installation of the AC unit, they demonstrated no issues at all. Their team was knowledgeable, reliable, friendly, and exceptionally professional. They clearly understand their job, and communicating with the technicians was easy and straightforward. The installation process was efficient and completed quickly. I must emphasize that their technicians are excellent, and I highly recommend them to anyone. The service was outstanding from beginning to end. The office staff were also friendly and helpful when I called, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their performance. I recently purchased a yearly maintenance plan with Lindstrom Air. I previously had a maintenance plan with the company that installed my AC Unit about 2 years ago. I had a bad experience with the other company and reached out to Lindstrom. We immediately made an appointment for the first of two yearly check ups. Collin arrived ahead of scheduled appointment and was very courteous and knowledgeable about my unit, both inside as well as on the roof. He explained and pointed out a couple different things that he was doing. This entire first encounter was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend Lindstrom. I am sure all the technicians are very good, however my only experience was with Collin.

I have never had any complaints about Lindstrom nor have I heard of any in my community. Brad was thorough and found a fried large lizard in my electrical unit outside. Thankfully found before it caused an issue. from the initial call to set up appointment through the semi-annual maintenance appointment, it was very smooth. I highly recommend Lindstrom.

It was our first contact with Lindstrom A/C & Plumbing. The technician showed up on time. He was polite and explained what he was checking. He identified a couple of issues, one of which he was not equipped to resolve. He was able to schedule another Technician the following morning at 8AM. The second Technician was timely and polite. He quickly resolved the remaining issue from the day before. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Lindstrom.

My husband and I have used Lindstrom Air ever since we moved to Florida. We’ve been extremely pleased with their service. Their staff has always been efficient, reliable and knowledgeable. Special kudos to Steven who recently serviced us stood out with his professionalism and dedication.

My a/c was not cooling properly. I called them and they set up a visit for the same day. The technician was cordial and friendly. He examined the outside unit and in 5 min found the issue. He replaced the capacitor. Also replaced my a/c filter. Problem solved at no cost since my a/c was still under warranty. They are also my original new a/c installer. Lindstrom always provides the best service!
